Officers of the University.—The following shall be the Officers of the University, namely:— (a) The Chancellor; (b) The Vice-Chancellor; (c) The Registrar; (d) The Controller of Examinations; (e) The Finance Officer; (f) The Deans; and (g) Such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes to be the Officers of the University. (2) The mode of appointment, powers and terms and conditions of service and the functions of the Officers of the University, other than the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor shall be as prescribed in the Schedule.
