The Chancellor.- (1) The Governor of Himachal Pradesh shall be the Chancellor of the Cluster University. (2) The Chancellor shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the Cluster University and its Governing body. He shall, when present, preside over at any convocation of the Cluster University. (3) The Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by or under this Act. (4) The Chancellor may delegate to the Vice-Chancellor such of his powers under this Act or Statute, as he may specify.
