Officers of the Cluster University.- The following shall be the officers of the Cluster University, namely:- (a) the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; (c) the Finance Officer; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Controller of Examinations; and (f) such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the Cluster University.
