Power to alter fines fixed under Cattle Trespass Act, 1871.- The State Government may, by notification direct that in lieu of the fines fixed under section 12 of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1871 (1 of 1871), there shall be levied for each head of cattle impounded under section 66 of this Act such fines as it thinks fit. CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS
