Application of Cattle Trespass Act, 1871.- Cattle trespassing in any portion of a Controlled Forest shall be deemed to be causing damage to public plantation within the meaning of section 11 of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1871 (1 of 1871), and any such cattle may be seized and impounded by any Forest Officer.
