Restrictions of right of landlord or persons claiming through landlord to cut or remove timber or forest produce.- The landlord, or a lessee or other person claiming through the landlord, shall not cut or remove or permit any person to cut or remove any trees, timber or other forest produce in or from any notified forest so as to effect the right of any person which such person may, subject to any rules made under this Act, enjoy under any custom or usage.
