Financial Management.- (1) The Director-General of Police shall be responsible for submitting the budgetary requirements of the Police Service as a whole to the State Government, sufficiently in advance. (2) The budgetary allocation shall be placed at the disposal of the Director- General of Police who shall be vested with powers to spend the amounts earmarked under each head of the budget.
