Signature on notices may be stamped.- Every license, written permission, notice, or other document, not being a summons or warrant or THE HIMACHAL PRADESH POLICE ACT, 2007 65 search warrant, required by this Act, or the rule made thereunder, shall bear the signature of the competent authority and shall be deemed to be properly signed, if it has been authorized for issue by him and bears the facsimile of his signature stamped thereon.
