Regulation of the use of music and other sound systems in and near public places.- The officer-in-charge of a Police Station or a Police Sub-Division may, by order in writing, regulate the time and the volume of music, sounds, performances, displays, broadcasts similar activities in or near streets and public places to prevent annoyance to the residents of the neighborhood.
