Disqualifications for membership.- A person shall be disqualified for being a nonofficialmember if- (a) he is not a citizen of India; or (b) he is an un discharged insolvent; or (c) he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or (d) he has been sentenced for an offence involving moral turpitude; or (e) he is an employee of the Council and is remunerated by salary or honorarium; or (f) his name has been removed from the State Register, or from the register of registered Veterinary or Para-veterinary practitioner maintained under any law for the time being in force. 6 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH PARA-VETERINARY COUNCIL ACT, 2010
