Acts done by persons suffering from certain disorders. - Whoever, who is suffering from an infectious, contagious or loathsome disorder- (a) makes or offers for sale any article of food or drink for human consumption or any medicine or drug ; or (b) wilfully touches any such article, medicine or drug which is exposed for the sale by other ; or (c) takes any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
