Exclusion of jurisdiction of civil court except under th Land Acquisition Act.- Save as provided in section 49, no civil court shall have jurisdiction in any matter which a revenue officer, revenue court or any other authority is empowered by this Act to dispose of, or take cognizance of the matter in which the Government, any revenue officer, revenue court, or other authority exercises any powers vested in it or him by or under this Act.
