Power of Veterinary Surgeon to hold post-mortem.- Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf by the Government, the Veterinary THE HIMACHAL PRADESH LIVESTOCK AND BIRDS DISEASES ACT, 1968 6 Surgeon may make or cause to be made or post-mortem examination of any livestock or bird which at the time of its death was infective, or is suspected to have been then infective, and for this purpose, he may cause the carcass of any such livestock or bird to be exhumed.
