Duty of certain persons to report scheduled disease.- Every owner or person in charge or every person bringing into Himachal Pradesh and every veterinary practitioner who has been called to treat livestock or bird which he has reason to believe to be infective shall forthwith report the fact to the Inspector exercising powers in the area.
