Power to cancel the remission or assignment of land revenue.- (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any law or agreement, the State Government may in accordance with rules, cancel any remission or assignment of land revenue, sanctioned before the enforcement of this Act. (2) The State Government may, for the purpose of sub-section (1), make rules after previous publication in the Official Gazette.
