Appeal, review and revision.- Every order passed and every award made by the Deputy Commissioner under this Act shall for the purposes of appeal, review and revision, respectively, be deemed to be the order of a Collector within the meaning of sections 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953 (6 of 1954): Provided that nothing in this Act contained shall be deemed to exclude the jurisdiction of any civil court to decide any dispute arising between the persons interested in any compensation awarded as to the apportionment or distribution thereof amongst such persons or any of them.
