Mode of proclaiming notifications and of serving notices, orders and processes, issued under the Act.- (1) Upon the publication of a notification issued under any of the provisions of this Act, the Deputy Commissioner shall cause public notice of the substance thereof to be given at convenient places in the locality to which such notification relates. (2) The procedure prescribed in sections 21, 22 and 23 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953 (6 of 1954), shall be followed, as far as may be, in proceeding under this Act.
