Power to delegate.- (1) The Authority may by a resolution, authorize that any power exercisable by it under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised by such officers of the Authority, as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein. (2) The State Government may, by notification, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, except the powers to make rules, may also be exercised by such officers in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
