Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any member or any officer or other employees of the Aayog or any person acting under the direction either of the Government or of the Aayog, in respect of anything, which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder. 9 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH GAUVANSH SANRAKSHAN AND SAMVARDHAN ACT, 2018
