Members, officers and employees of the Aayog to be public servant.—All members, officers and employees of the Aayog shall be deemed, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any provision of this Act, to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (45 of 1860).
