Delegation of powers.- (1) The State Government may delegate to the Board any of powers conferred on it by or under this Act except power to make rules. H. P. AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING 15 (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2005 (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may by general or special order delegate to the Managing Director of the Board or Sub- Committee appointed by it or to any officer of the Board, any of powers and duties conferred on it by or under this Act as it may deem fit.
