Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of landowner, section 24, the prescribed authority shall, as soon as may be, after the amount of any instalment of compensation has been deposited under section 23 or section 27 pay the same to the person entitled to it on his executing a receipt for the same- Recovery of ‘129.
