- S. 12(1) The Governor of Haryana by virtue of his office shall be the Chancellor of the University
- S. 13(1) The Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed solely on academic considerations

- S. 15(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor on the advice of the Government

- S. 19(1) The constitution of the Court and the term of office of its members shall be prescribed by the Statutes

- S. 21(1) There shall be a Dean of each Faculty who shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor

- S. 24(1) All appointments to teaching posts shall be made by the Executive Council on the recommendations of the Selection

- S. 26(1) On the commencement of this Act, the Statutes of the University shall be those as set out in the Schedule
