For clause (f) of proviso to section 25 of the principal Act, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- “(f) the officers promoted, recruited or appointed, in the Buildings and Roads Branch now called Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department, prior to the notification of this Act shall continue to be governed and regulated by the Haryana Service of Engineer, Class I, Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads Branch), (Public Health Branch) and (Irrigation Branch) respectively Act, 1995 (20 of 1995),”.
