For sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 1 of the Haryana Service of Engineers, Group A, Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department Act, 2010 (hereinafter called the principal Act), the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th November, 2010. (3) It shall apply to the persons who are members of the Service and have been appointed on or after the 4th November, 2010.”. Amendment of section 1 of Haryana Act 30 of 2010.
