(1) The Secretary, State Legislative Assembly shall deliver to the State Librarian bound volumes of all debates and proceedings of the Legislative Assembly. (2) The Head of a department in the State Government shall deliver to the State Central Library all books in his office no longer needed there, but which in the opinion of the State Librarian will be of use in the State Central Library. (3) All books and other materials which have to be purchased by the State Librarians shall only be purchased on the advice of a Book Selection Committee to be constituted by the Authority.
