(1) The Punjab Jail Manual, as applicable to the State of Haryana and all other relevant orders, notifications and instructions issued in this behalf, are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Punjab Jail Manual, orders, notifications and instructions so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
