(1) The general management of the canteen shall be entrusted to a committee consisting of following, namely:- (a) Superintendent President (b) Deputy Superintendent (Industries and Welfare) Vice-President (c) Sub-Assistant/Assistant Superintendent Member-Secretary (d) Assistant Office/Accountant/Clerk Member (e) Head Warder/Warder Member (f) Three convicts Member (g) Two under trial prisoners Member (2) The Superintendent may appoint one or more prisoners for assistance in canteen work depending upon the volume of work. (3) Sub-Assistant/Assistant Superintendent shall be mainly responsible for running the canteen under the personal supervision and control of the Superintendent. (4) Tenure of Member-Secretary and members of the committee shall be six months. They shall not be re-nominated to the committee before expiry of two years. Accommodation .
