(1) A prisoner shifted to open air camp shall arrange food, clothing and other requirements of daily routine for himself as well as for his family out of his own earnings. (2) A prisoner shall pay administrative charges out of his earnings as fixed by the Director General for the maintenance of open air prison. A separate maintenance fund shall be created and shall be maintained by the prisoners of open air prison under strict control and supervision of the Superintendent. Non-eligibility to be shifted to semi- open air prison or open air prison.
