The Medical Officer shall furnish daily reports to the Superintendent on the health of the prisoner who is on a hunger strike. He in turn shall forward it to the Director General. The Superintendent shall also send a report to the District Magistrate. Overcrowding to be reported and measures to relieve overcrowding. OVERCROWDING
