At the Superintendent’s weekly inspection, the prisoners shall stand in single file, with their spare clothing, bedding, utensils, and history-ticket arranged in order. All prisoners losing weight shall stand separately. On the arrival of the Superintendent, the prisoners shall, at the word of command, standup. Prisoners not to leave their Place to make complaints.
