No prisoner shall be allowed to leave his sleeping berth for any purpose, without first obtaining the permission of the convict officer on duty, or to sit or lie on any other prisoner’s berth. After 9:00 P.M., no prisoner shall leave his sleeping place except to visit the washroom.
