When it is necessary to let out cooks before day-break to prepare the early morning meal, the guarding personnel and patrolling officer shall, at the hour fixed, let out the necessary number of cooks and put them in charge of a guarding personnel. Visit by officers at night and report of unusual occurrence to be made.
