(1) Every visitor shall, after he has completed his visit to the prison, record in the visitor’s book, the date and hour of his visit, and may enter therein any remarks or suggestions he may wish to make. (2) A copy of the remarks made by every visitor, together with the Superintendent’s comments thereon, or the action taken by the Superintendent thereon, shall be forwarded to the Director General. In case the remarks relate to the long detention of an undertrial prisoner, a copy of such remark shall also be forwarded to the District and Sessions Judge. Disposal of the remarks made by a visitor.
