No staff member shall at any time, - (a) be an addict or under the influence of narcotics and psychotropic substance(s); (b) involve himself in any corrupt practice in association with other staff members or prisoners; (c) connive in infiltration of any prohibited articles into the prison premises; (d) display cowardice while in the discharge of any duty of his office;.
