(1) The establishment of the Prison Department consists of Executive, Correctional, and Ministerial services besides persons drawn from other departments. The rules concerning these services are contained in the Prison Services Rules for Gazetted Services, Prison Subordinate Service Rules for non-gazetted services, and the Ministerial Service Rules for ministerial staff.
