Upon the admission of every prisoner, the Deputy Superintendent (Administration) shall- (a) examine or cause to be examined the warrant or order under which such prisoner is committed to the prison and satisfy himself that it is in all respects, complete, in order and valid; (b) satisfy himself that the provisions of the Act and these rules as to the admission of prisoners, are duly complied with.
