The Deputy Superintendent (Industries and Welfare) shall enter daily in his journal the following, namely :– (a) number of prisoners tasked and absent; (b) time at which prisoners began work, training, learning; (c) time at which work, training, learning was stopped in the forenoon and when it was re- commenced in the afternoon; (d) time at which work was stopped for the day; (e) number of prisoners who participated in Vocational and Educational Training. (f) number of calls made through Prison Inmates Calling System; (g) any other special cultural, spiritual or social program or other important occurrences of the day; (h) suggestions regarding prison administration, if any.
