Any prohibited items found with any prisoner after his admission into any prison shall be confiscated, and all money so confiscated and all money realized from the sale of any article so confiscated shall be credited to the Government in the public treasury: Provided that the Superintendent may award any sum, not exceeding one-and-half of any money or the sale proceeds of any items so confiscated, to any person concerned in the finding or discovery thereof. NOTE.- Sum of money confiscated, as well as sale proceeds of confiscated item, shall be paid into the treasury under the head revenue receipts of the Department. HARYANA GOVT. GAZ.
