(1) A list of all money, clothing or other items removed from any prisoner on his admission to prison shall be attached with the prisoner’s warrant and shall be recorded in the items register and stored digitally. (2) All additions, erasures or alterations to the list of any prisoner’s items shall be signed, manually or digitallby the Superintendent or Deputy Superintendent (Administration) along with name and designation. List of items to be read over and every entry to be attested.
