The number of sick prisoners admitted in the hospital shall be recorded daily in the register of in-patients. Their treatment and diet shall be recorded in the bed-head tickets. Prisoners who require treatment from specialist doctors shall be sent to hospitals outside the prison having specialist services. Sick prisoners may be given light work.
