(1) The articles of clothing sent with prisoners on transfer shall be recorded in his history ticket and written off from the stock of the transferring prison. (2) Prisoners on release shall surrender every article of clothing (except under garments), bedding and other equipment, provided to him at the Government expense, at the time of his release from the prison. 1318 HARYANA GOVT.
