Convicts shall be supplied with new clothing at the time of entry in the prison on first come first serve basis. Clothing or bedding articles which have been previously in use and in serviceable condition may be re-issued. All such clothing and bedding items shall be properly washed and disinfected before re-issue. When clothing or bedding that has been previously in use is issued, the fact shall be noted on the history-ticket. Medical Officer may order extra clothing.
