(1) It shall be the responsibility of the Government and the Director General to take all such measures, as may be necessary to ensure that every prisoner is at all times be supplied with clothing and bedding as to preserve him in reasonable comfort and good health. (2) Sufficient stock of clothing to meet all possible requirements shall be kept in store in every prison. Prisoners to conform to order as to the care etc. of articles.
