(1) The store keeper shall be responsible for the proper cleaning of grains and other articles in the grain store and their correct issue to the cook-house and grinding of grain in the mill- house. (2) The Deputy Superintendent (Administration), executive in charge of the barracks and barrack in charges shall be responsible for the correct distribution of food to the prisoners strictly in accordance with the scales laid down for any prisoner or class of prisoners. (3) A pharmacy officer duly nominated by the Superintendent shall be responsible for the preparation of food for prisoners admitted in the hospital, under the control of the Medical officer.
