If a foreigner apprehended and detained under section 4 of Foreigners Act, 1946 (Central Act 31 of 1946), has to undergo a term of imprisonment, the period of detention under the Foreigners' Act shall be exclusive of and in addition to the period of any sentence of imprisonment which may be imposed upon him. Release.
