(1) All provisions related to diet, except those under sub-rule (2), shall apply to foreign prisoners at par with other prisoners. (2) Under special circumstances, if the diet of a foreigner is prescribed by the Court concerned or by the Medical Officer, based on the food habits of the prisoner, the Superintendent shall provide the prescribed diet. Clothing, bedding, footwear, and toiletries.
