(1) All provisions related to diet, except those under sub-rule (2), shall apply to foreign prisoners at par with other prisoners. (2) Under special circumstances, if the diet of a foreigner is prescribed by the Court concerned or by the Medical Officer, based on the food habits of the prisoner, the Superintendent shall provide the prescribed diet.
