(1) There shall be the following classes of prisons, namely:- (a) central prison; (b) district prison; (c) maximum security prison; (d) special prison; (e) sub-prison; (2) Every central and district prison shall have a high security enclosure for housing high- risk prisoners (3) The capacity of prisons shall be such, as decided by the Director General and notified from time to time.
