The Superintendent, in every instance in which an inquest has been held on the body of any deceased prisoner confined in the prison, shall submit a detailed report of the circumstances of each such case along with a copy of the findings of the Judicial Magistrate who conducted the inquest, to the National Human Rights Commission, the State Human Rights Commission, the Director General and all other authorities concerned.
