Every prisoner shall be allowed reasonable opportunities to personally interview his legal counsel, for preparation of his appeal or revision: Provided that every such interview shall be held within sight, but out of the hearing, of the prison official in whose charge the prisoner is placed for such interview. 1260 HARYANA GOVT.
